Do you accept credit card?

You can pay via credit card by selecting the PayPal payment option, even without a PayPal account simply select the PayPal payment option and then ‘or pay with a card’, you can then enter your card details and the payment will be processed via PayPal without signing into or up for a PayPal account.

Are your products the same at my vet's office?

Yes, they are the same exact products, but at lower prices. We only carry products that are intended for the USA.

Do you ship outside the US?Canada?

We ship our pet medicine globally. We ship worldwide via DHL eCommerce with final delivery via your local postal service, such as USPS or Canada Post. We ship to Canada, no addiotional fees

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Orders will generally take 15-20 business days to arrive, depending on location, size of item, and quantity ordered.

Please note our shipping timeframes are approximate and you will also see an estimate of the shipping time for each available shipping method at the checkout.

What if I need to cancel my order?

A 10% cancellation fee will be applied to orders that have already been filled by our pharmacy staff and prepared for shipment. All cancellations must be made via telephone during our business hours.



How should I store medications?

Medications should be stored at room temperature unless otherwise noted.

How long are the expiration dates?

Expiration dates vary by each manufacturer. Our practice is not to sell short dated products. Our rolling inventory method will allow you to receive products with extended expiration dates.

Why do you need a Rx for heartworm prevention medications?

All heartworm prevention medications require a prescription before we can ship it out. Generally, your vet may require a test once a year before the prescription is renewed. Please check with your vet regarding their policy.

I need a medication for my pet and I do not see it on your website. What do I do?

Special order medications can be received Please call us and we will try to arrange a special order.

If I have a coupon, how many times can I use it?

The same coupon code will only apply once per customer.
